כשפנה אלינו ג' לאחר שמכר חנות שהייתה בבעלותו ושילם מס שבח בעת המכירה, הוא לא האמין בהחזרי מס.
הוא סיפר כי הפרסומות המציפות אותו בכל מקום גרמו לו לחשוב שמדובר בבלוף והוא החליט לבדוק רק לאחר ששמע שהבדיקה אצלנו אינה עולה כסף.
לאחר שבדקנו את השומה מהרשויות וקיבלנו קצת רקע לגבי ג', מצאנו כי לא נהנה מהזיכויים והניכויים המגיעים לו על פי חוק, מה שהוריד את מס השבח שהיה אמור לשלם לאפס! למה הוא לא השתמש בהטבות המגיעות לו? פשוט, כי הוא לא ידע על קיומן.
הסכום ששילם הוחזר לו במלואו בתוספת הצמדה וריבית – 84,562 ₪, שהועבר ישירות לחשבון הבנק שלו.
